About Sliabh Liag Camping

Sliabh Liag Camping is an established campsite providing everything the camping & outdoor enthusiast needs while exploring the Sliabh Liag peninsula and south west Donegal.

The campsite is located directly on the Wild Atlantic Way and at the foot of the highest accessible sea cliffs in Europe, Sliabh Liag. We are also very proud to be the official start of the Pilgrim's Path, a historic hiking route that takes you along the traditional pilgrimage of the saint Aoidh Mhic Bhricne.

Sliabh Liag Hiking Loop

Roughly 12 km total and takes 3 - 4 hours

For most of our guests, the hiking loop is the main attraction. If you are looking for an amazing hike with world class scenery, then we are the campsite for you.

Our new walkway along the back of the campsite acts as the start of the Pilgrim's Path. From the top of the walkway you will witness spectacular views of Donegal Bay and the mountain of Sliabh Liag. The perfect way to start your hike.
