St. Brigid's Day Hike

The final fundraising event for the Sliabh Liag to Everest Basecamp will take place on the St. Brigid's Day. At 11:00 am on Saturday the 1st of February, Ciarán will be leading a hike up and down the Pilgrim's Path from the campsite. All are welcome to participate.

In March 2025 Ciarán McHugh, the owner and founder of Sliabh Liag Camping will be hiking to Everest Basecamp. This is part of the Bluestack Foundation's Everest fundraising drive.

In conjunction with the hike, Ciarán is running a few events for fundraising.

The table quiz in Evelyn's Bar raised an amazing €1350 for the Bluestack Foundation.

He will lead a hike up and down the Pilgrim's Path on St. Brigid's Day, starting from the campsite at 11:00am. All are welcome to join.
