Pre-Payment and Pre-Booking Terms
If you would like to book in advance, full payment by card is required at the time of booking. We will send you a booking confirmation e-mail confirming the details of your stay. Please bring it with you to act as proof of booking.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund depending on its proximity to the booking. The following are the refund brackets:
- Before 7 Days – entitled to 100% of payment refunded minus administration fee’s
- Between 7 to 0 Days – entitled to 0% of payment
We strongly advise that clients take out travel insurance to cover any costs associated with having to cancel a holiday. It is very important that you are adequately insured.
